All costs are per person and include all activities.

A rafting trip is scheduled for teen camp, weather permitting.

 

A $25.00 non-refundable registration fee is required.  Balance can be paid upon arrival at camp.

$5.00 discount if registration postmarked by May 31st.

$5.00 discount for 2 or more from the same family

attending any youth camps.

Youth Camp Arrival

Registration is on Monday from 10:30am to 12 noon.  Please call the office at 973-293-3522 if you will arrive later than noon.  Program starts with lunch at noon.

Departure

The camp week ends after breakfast on Saturday at 9:00am.

Please Bring

Some rugged clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty and some nicer clothes for the evening services.  In addition to this, please bring the following: a Bible, pen or pencil, pillowcase, sheets/blankets or a sleeping bag, towels, camera, a flash light, and spending money for the snack shack and bookstore.

Please DO NOT Bring

Tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, fireworks, guns, knives, weapons, radios, tape/CD/mp3 player, TV’s, video games, cell phones, magazines, skateboards, roller blades, playing cards, magazines, or clothing with worldly advertising.

General

Campers will not be permitted to use the phone to make or receive calls during the week of camp except for emergencies.  In the case of an emergency, you should contact the camp office at 973-293-3522.  Mail may be sent to a camper through the camp address.  Please make sure to include your child’s name and the week of camp they are attending.

Lost and Found

Any lost items not claimed within 30 days will be disposed.

Dress Standards

Ladies: may wear culottes, knee-length shorts, slacks or jeans that are not tight.  A dress or skirt and blouse are recommended for the evening services.  Bare mid-riffs, low-cut necklines, sheer blouses, tank tops, and tight-fitting tops are not permitted.  Swimsuits must be modest one piece (No French cuts) and must be covered to and from the pool.  Dark knee length shorts and top must be worn on the rafting trip.

Men:  may wear jeans or knee-length shorts.  No tank tops should be worn outside at any time.  Pants and a collared shirt are recommended for the evening services.  Swimsuits must be boxer style, and men are to wear a shirt to and from the pool and on the rafting trip.

Conduct

As a Christian organization, Tri-State maintains high standards of conduct and separation.  Separate swim times are scheduled for male and female campers.  Campers who use tobacco, alcohol, or any form of illegal drugs will be discharged.  While attending Tri-State, campers agree to comply with the dress standards and rules established by the camp.  Any non-compliant or non-cooperative campers are subject to dismissal. 

Spending Money

You may want to consider sending your camper with some spending money to use at the snack shop, craft room, or to buy a T-shirt at the bookstore.

Reservations

Sorry, no phone reservations will be accepted.  Please send all completed registrations along with the $25 deposit to: Tri-State Bible Camp - 2 River Road, Montague, NJ 07827 OR fax your registration form to 973-293-8197 and we will contact you for your credit card information for the reservation fee.  No refunds for partial week attendance.  Campers should plan on arriving on time and staying for the entire week of camp.
